Trimming out the bedroom windows
This week we sanded, stained and installed the master bedroom trim. I think it really makes the room pop.
Just won a Sunshine Nugget grain mill
I have been looking to get a grain mill for a while but just didn’t want to spend the money. I saw this one on ebay, put a last second bid in, and got it for $60. They still make the mill and with all the accessories would be $260.
“Restoring” vintage crosscut & hand saws
This is how I “restore” my saws. I acquired most of these saws on craigslist. The small hand saws go for $10 or under while the larger crosscut saws $20.
Cabin & Guest cabin update
This week we worked on trimming the master bedroom window. We did a little decorating, squirrel hunting and a couple more odds and ends…
